Soul Talk Project
The government funded Soul Talk Project aims to reduce loneliness and is free for adults between 18-64 years. It's designed by a clinical psychologist who will take you on a 10-hour mind & soul journey; firstly, by taking a look at your own life, and then equipping you with skills to connect with others in a more authentic, curious and kind ways.
